Easy Banana-Strawberry Cake
You will need
- For eight servings:
- - puff pastry - 300 g;
- - natural yoghurt - 300 g;
- - canned strawberries - 300 g;
- - chocolate - 100 g;
- - two bananas;
- - strawberry jam - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Roll the puff pastry to the size of a mold with a thickness of 0.5 centimeters.
Put the dough into shape, smooth it, chop with a fork, bake for 25 minutes in the oven until golden brown. Remove from oven, cool slightly.
Melt chocolate in a water bath. Heat strawberry jam, wipe through a sieve. Spread the chocolate on the surface of the cake, leave one tablespoon of chocolate to decorate.
Put yogurt on top of chocolate, spread, put bananas, cut into slices.
Pour strawberry jam and melted chocolate on the cake. Easy banana-strawberry cake is ready!
