How to cook cheese cake with biscuit cookies?

You will need
  • - 175 g biscuit cookies;
  • - 300 ml of milk;
  • - 250 g pasty curd;
  • - 200 ml sour cream;
  • - 250 ml of heavy cream;
  • - 30 g white chocolate;
  • - 5 g of leaf gelatin;
  • - a couple of drops of vanilla essence;
  • - berries for decoration on request.
First of all, soak the gelatin in accordance with the instructions on the package. Cook dipped in milk and lay out on the bottom of the form.
Using a blender, beat the cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar. Chocolate melt in a water bath and add to the curd mass. 200 ml of cream, whisk and manually mix with the rest of the ingredients of the cream.
50 ml of cream is heated. With the swollen gelatin, pour out the water and add it to the cream. Stir until smooth and add to cream. Spread half of the cream on a layer of biscuits.
Top again lay out a layer of cookies, which are also pre-dipped in milk.Cover the second half of the cream. If you use berries, then lay them on the curd layer, slightly pressing. Finally, lay out the third layer of cookies and put the form in the fridge for the night.
