All you need to make this tasty dish is 2 three-liter jars, a few wooden skewers and a little patience.
- Cut the meat into pieces of about 4x4 cm.

- Divide the workpiece into 2 parts. Marinate the first part in mustard, black pepper, salt and lemon juice.
- Marinate the second half in a mixture of sour cream, vodka, salt and black pepper. Marinating all this should be at least 1 hour.

- In one jar, put skewers with meat in the first form of marinade, in the second - with meat in the second type of marinade. Wrap the jar neck in 2 layers.
- Put the jars in a cold oven and slowly warm it until the temperature reaches 220 °. In total, the dish should be prepared for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, but do not remove the jars immediately. Let them stand in the oven for another 15 minutes.
