Potato pizza with dried tomatoes

Potato pizza with dried tomatoes- a pizza recipe.


  1. flour 270-300 gr;
  2. water (warm) 170 g;
  3. yeast (dry fast-acting) 1 tsp.
  4. olive oil 2 tbsp. l.;
  5. potatoes 2 pieces;
  6. sugar 1 tsp.;
  7. sun-dried tomatoes to taste
  8. Provencal herbs to taste;
  9. salt 1 tsp.



For the dough: mix flour, quick-acting dry yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl, add warm water, olive oil and knead the dough. Leave in a warm place for an hour.

Slice dried tomatoes. Grate the raw potatoes on the grater.

Roll out thinly the dough, if you like pizza on a thicker dough, don't thin out.

Put the potatoes, tomatoes on a dough with a thin layer, season with salt, pepper, favorite aromatic herbs.Sprinkle with olive oil and bake at 2300C until ready (about 15-20 minutes).

Stuffing can be done to your taste: add cheese, garlic or uncooked bacon to potatoes.
