Medium and high heels are recommended to wear no more than three or four hours a day and no more than three days a week. If you understand that you have to spend all day on your feet, try to minimize the height of your heel. Ideally, if there is a possibility, every two hours you should take off your shoes and massage your feet or do a mini-gymnastics: pull the toes towards you, then pull them out as much as possible, bend-straighten the foot for a few minutes.

Buying high-heeled shoes, you can spend a mini-test. Put on your shoes, stand up straight and stand on your toes. The distance between the heels and the floor should be more than 2 centimeters. If less - heel is too high.
